Frequently asked questions

Everything families usually want to know before getting started. Can't find your answer? Just message us.

How quickly can I get matched with an educator?

We typically match learners within 24 hours of getting in touch. Just tell us your subject and level and we'll do the rest.

How do sessions work?

All sessions are online, 1-to-1 via video call, with shared notes and resources in our learner portal. Learn from anywhere, on a schedule that suits you.

How are educators vetted?

Every educator is DBS background-checked, has 3+ years experience, and is individually evaluated by our team. Only 1 in 8 applicants are accepted.

How long does it take to see results?

On average, learners gain one full GCSE grade after just 8 hours of sessions. Many see improved confidence after their first few lessons.

Can I switch educators if it's not working?

Absolutely. We want every learner to feel comfortable and supported. If something isn't working, just let us know and we'll find a better match.

Do you help beyond school subjects?

Yes. Alongside GCSE, A-Level and IB support, we mentor learners through university applications, personal statements, Oxbridge preparation, internships and graduate schemes. See our Mentoring & Careers page.

How much do sessions cost?

Rates depend on the level and service. Get in touch with your subject and goals and we'll give you a clear, upfront quote. There are no hidden fees and no long-term commitment.
